Located inside of Shutt Chiropractic Center
When should I arrive to my appointment? 

Blythin shares a common reception area with Shutt Chiropractic Center.
You are welcome to help yourself to the water cooler, and restroom while you wait; however, there is no need to check-in with Dr. Shutt's staff.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes ahead of your appointment time as our sessions are booked with enough time consideration for you to complete paperwork, use restroom, and consult with your therapist prior to massage time beginning, and still enjoy your fully scheduled massage session. 

If you aren't greeted directly by Blythin when you arrive, please locate the clipboard designated " For Blythin's Integrated Massage Clients" on the reception table to complete new client paperwork. 
Your Massage Therapist will greet you shortly.   

The door may be locked when you arrive if the Chiropractic Center is closed for lunch or the receptionist is away (please try the door even if the sign says 'Out to Lunch"). Blythin will be out shortly to greet you. 
Please stay close by, and attentive to the time.

 Though this rarely happens--If your therapist is running behind know that you will still receive your full session time and that we appreciate your patience in waiting.

What to do if you are running late?  

Please text or call and leave a message to notify of your ETA. 
We make every effort to be gracious when faced with unexpected; however, it is very important to remain on schedule. 
If you arrive late your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 
Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time available to start the scheduled session. 
Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. 
Anyone arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a No Show and will be responsible for the full cost of the session booked.
What to do if you need to change or cancel this appointment?

Appointments cannot be changed or canceled via email.
Advanced cancellation of at least 24 hours notice is required for all appointments.
There will be a $50 fee for any changes or cancellations made less than the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
